Impossible to upgrade firmware on smart charger ip67

Hello,

using VictronConnect v5.49 app on Android, it is not possible to upgrade firmware on Smart Charger IP67, it fails always with

X88 - Kommunikationsfehler. Vreg ACK Zeitüberschreitung

The update stucks always between 5 and 50%. Currently installed version on the Charger is shown as "none".

Hi

What you can try is to remove the pairing in the Android Bluetooth menu: https://ve3.nl/VictronConnect_Bluetooth%20Smart-Removing-from-the-list-of-paired-devices

Is the phone also connected to some other Bluetooth device like a headset, speaker or smart watch? If so, could you please also try with that device disconnected/turned off.
