I have Centaur battery charger 12/50 fitted on my boat. It is in Greece and the 240 volt supply is a continental 2 pin. If the 2 pin plug is reversed ie reverse polarity, will it still work or will it damage the charger?

Please confirm, is the 2 pin plug for the mains supply?

If so then it is AC - no polarity, just plug in. Only DC has polarity, so output to battery must be correct + and -. Also Greece will be lower than UK, 220V, so output will be lower, and longer charge time.
