MultiPlus-II GX - Why is my output voltage not stable - straight line

I would have expected a more stable output voltage. It seems that the output voltage follow the input voltage, is that correct?

You are connected to the grid, so the grid voltage will be passed through.
AC IN voltage = AC OUT voltage
