I´ve an issue with an Quattro. The PV-system produces 700+W while the AC-load needs 800+W but the only supply seems to be the battery. why is that? the battery should provide only 100W

Does your battery have a BMS connected to your inverter, do you have a way of measuring the output current from your battery. This looks more like a measurement error your GX device is making (probably a config error)and I doubt it is actually drawing that power from your battery. what battery do you have?

Hi JohannC, more details might be needed. It seems strange to have a PV installation that only provides 700Wp when you are consuming more than 800W, which means your battery bank will fastly be depleted / damaged.

You should increase your PV installation in order to avoid damaging the batteries. Do you PVs always provide 700Wp or more ? How long ? Also, the 800W that are being consumed are a peak or a normal consumption ?

There is something inconsistent in your setup. Waiting for more details. PV models, parallel o serial, how many, batteries type and model, etc.
