Is it possible to add devices like an Orion + MPPT or others after a 12 to 24 Victron buck boost converter to charge at 33v?

You can take 4 cells out to give 7 series x 4 parallel battery, or add 3 cells into your battery, for 7 series x 5 parallel battery.
