Charge battery

Can I connect external battery charger to my motorhome solar system,without damaging the charge controller,100w panel goes to victor on mppt charge controller to gel gam battery

Yes. Just add the external charger straight to the battery.

Thanks,ordered a 12v 4amp smart trickle charger,cause as I understand it you got to be careful how you charge these arm batteries,thanks for your help
