Multiplus 2 48 /3000 not inverting

This is a brand new installation , I connected my multi to a 5kw freedomwon battery and have a color control to link everything together. When I shut off the mains the multi just turns off and does not go into inverter mode … please help me ?

Is the inverter on-off switch in the charger only position?
Do you get any warning lights?

Most likely your battery is off. BMS shutdown or fuse blown (breaker is off).
