Tried to update the firmware for unit to version V1.56 through bluetooth. The update got to 95% then stopped, now we are no longer able to pair through bluetooth and as a result MPPT is not working.

Hello, did you try to:
* disconnect all cables (PV first) wait 30 minutes and reconnect them (battery first).
* flash the firmware via the ve.direct to USB interface ?
You can find the files here - a quick and simple registration is all that is required.
