VeConfigure3 and VictronConnect don't recognize Multiplus via MK3

I can't get my Multiplus to be recognized in VEConfigure. I've got an MK3-USB, dowloaded the drivers, restarted the computer, reinstalled VEconfigure. My USB drivers are working OK, computer is fine, but for whatever reason I can't get my Multiplus recognized on VEConfigure3. It also won't show up on VictronConnect.

My CerboGX and Touch50 recognize the Multiplus just fine. What else can I do to adjust the parameters of my Multiplus?


I need to adjust some setting on the multiplus for my pylontech batteries.
