Easysolar GX2 Hub1 error AC dissconnected

Easysolar-II GX MPPT 250-70, 48/3000/35A parallel with a another Muliplus2 for extra power. Firmware upto date Ver 481 on both units

With pylontech 4x UP3000 battery modules.

5kw of PV

Genset attached as backup

Off grid system with no internet acces to view on VRM etc.

For no reason the inverter AC shuts off power and won't self start even if the batteries are charged above 50% The only error code it shows is Hub1 error with AC disconected in the LCD display.? no other codes or meanings?

The unit can't restart it self ?

What is the error code meaning?

Would trying to start the genset cause a lockout after trying to start if the genset had a flat battery etc?

Are you able confirm you have a working VE.Bus connection between EasySolar and Multi? DC bus connected to both? Also, which inverter is shutting down? EasySolar?

Yes working VE bus, DC connected to both, both inverters shut down together. This is a parallel system with even lenght cables for AC and DC supply and feeds.

The Easysolar has the Hub1 error in LCD and the muliplus2 has the Bulk and Float leds flashing? can't find reason code for this.
