Can these chargers switched off remotely via the VRM or the remote console (meaning there is no current flowing in the battery) ?

Can these chargers switched off remotely via the VRM or the remote console (meaning there is no current flowing in the battery) ?
Hi @pvittali,
yes, this is possible. You will need to use VictronConnect for this task, provided that you Smart MPPT is connected via VE.Direct connection with your GX device. Then you can switch the MPPT off via its 'enable' or 'disable' charger feature from the battery menu of your MPPT.
More on that: Remote Connect & Configure via VictronConnect
Thanks, Stefanie
My Smart Solar Chargers are connected via CAN and with remote I mean out of reach of VictronConnect, i.e. the only control option is VRM and the remote console.
Is there a way to do the switch given these constraints ?
Not that I know of.
This is possible only via VictronConnect, but remotely from everywhere. Your MPPTs VE.CAN also have a VE.Direct port...
