Multiple VictronConnect sessions on Windows 10 desktop with ve.direct usb cables

Monitoring BMV-700 on windows 10 PC using ve.direct to usb cable. Also want to monitor MPPT 150/60 so purchased another cable, connected it yesterday, opened another session of VictronConnect and sucssesfully monitored both. After shutting down the PC and restarting it today I open the first session and all is good but when I open the second session it can't see any devices. I can monitor either device on the first session so its not a cable issue. It all worked fine yesterday but not today. Obviously something has changed on the PC reboot that doesn't allow the PC to see the usb devices on a second session. Any ideas please?

Solved it myself. Works if you fire up the first session with only one device connected then fire up second session then connect the second device.

Thanks a lot to share your solution. I wanted to control multiple devices via RDP but it is difficult to unplug the usb cable via remote. The windows device manager shows these connections as "USB Serial Port (COMx)" so i could deactivate them there instead of unplug the usb. Not really fine arts, but it works.
