MultiPlus device missing from VRM Firmware screen

Hi, I have a MultiPlus II 48/5000 connected to a Cerbo GX. All devices reflect properly on the Device List of VRM Portal. However, when I select the firmware update option, it perform scan but only detects the SmartSolar MPPT controller.

The VRM setting on Cerbo is correct (two way communication enabled, stable internet connection through ethernet etc).

Any ideas?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

What other devices do you have connected?
FW update for the MultiPlus is only possible if the Cerbo is at the latest FW (v2.66).

Got it - Cerbo firmware was on v2.63. Thanks.

If Cerbo is connected to Battery port of MultiPlus (sharing same connections as battery), will it lose power during firmware update? Especially if I disconnect the BMS cable on Cerbo to battery?
