Controlling Multiplus

My multiplus is connected to my ccgx display and via blu dongle. It will not turn on with switch on front panel

I don't think the CCGX can control the Multi via Bluetooth. You need VE.Bus connection between them.

I'm not sure how the Multi behaves with the Bluetooth dongle attached. It might be waiting for a turn on signal from there.

I can't remember if cycling the switch will turn on the Multi when a Venus device (e.g., CCGX) is connected. I know you leave the switch in the ON position to control the Multi from Venus.

Hi

Yes you can conrol it with the bluetooth dongle if required with the VE bus dongle it has prority over the bluetooth smart dongle, if VE bus is not used then the bluethooth has full control again.
