Hello, ref pics, trying to identify the circled component to source a replacement. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
WARNING, it seems like there has been some sort of liquid leakage contaminating your PCB and rendering it BER (beyond economical repair).
Photo of my unit. Check out the differences between a 19'00 and 26'00 units.
I doubt that any liquid ingress into the PCB can be repaired/cured/mitigated.
That whole PCB assembly would need to be replaced to ensure a reliable unit.
Thanks so much for that... my best guess is an LM393N (dual voltage comparator)and reverting to mine, can just make out the 93N.
No liquid... as many more components would have failed. Was mounted vertically in boat (and not possible to get wet), on hardstand for 6+ months while we struggled to get back to her. Was serviceable before we left. Looking at component I would say it has failed & overheated.
I have already replaced unit with a multiplus compact 12v/2000w, but lets see if I can't get this one going again. The 12/1600 is a 2014 vintage.
