State of charge

Hello ,

I have MultiPlus Compact 12/1600/70-16 + Smart Solar MPPT 100/50 all in one.

Im monitoring system on GX display.

Everything is connected and it works good, but i have problem setting state of charge?

Is it possible to have state of charge with this configuration, or i need to install shunt?

You need to activate the battery monitor in the settings of the MultiPlus.
You need a MK3 interface for that or the system have to be online.

But the SOC via the MultiPlus is only accurately as long as you have no other DC loads or chargers connected to the battery.
The charging current of the MPPT is counted because of the VE.direct connection to the CCGX.

Hi, I have easysolar II GX and we are charging the batteries with solar and with generator via Easysolar II. In this case is generator counted as a "other" charger or is it possible for me to enable SOC and it works correctly? Also why i have maximum charge current value of 35 Amps?
