Whats the cross section area of the cable on the solar panels ??

it depends on size of the solar panel. They usually range between 4mm2 for small panels between 50 and 200Wp, up to 6mm2 or beyond for 300Wp and above.
It also depends on how the solar panels are arranged (series vs. parallel).
