phoenix inverter red slow blink green fast blink question

i have a phoenix 12v/800 inverter, it was working fine, i replaced my batteries with trojan golf cart batteries, the new batteries have 13.7 volts, my inverter stopped working and is blinking red and blinking green twice for every red blink, im having trouble locating this code, please advise
