What are you trying to configure and what firmware is your gx device on?

The Error has changed to mk2vsc-33 'No VEBus produkt was found'
(I have made a new start with download und VEConfigure from another PC)
My setup:
- Cerbo GX v2.63
- Multiplus II Firmware 470 (Devicelist 276)
- 2 x Pylontech US2000 on Can-Bus (Devicelist 512)
- Grid Meter EM24 (bougth 2012) (Devicelist 30)
Should run as: ESS (Germany VDE4105) Selfconsumtion und power to grid

How are you trying to connect?
Mk2 adaptor or the mk3?
You could configure over vrm if a physical issue is causing a problem.
Hi both, usually that errors means that your sending a file from system A to system B.
Thanks to mvader and Alexandra. I have solved the error. Configuration via VRM Remote.
Sorry but my english is not that good, just this: My system consists of a PV with EEG2011 (2.34kWp Kaco on L2) and a PV with EEG2012 (4.5kWp Nedap with Batt. on L3 with EM24). Additionally I now have a Victron MP2 with Cerbo GX, grid parallel to L2 with EM24.
I'm curious how the two EM24 regulate the two battery systems.
