Quattro set to Charger Only on ACIN2 not working

Hi, I have a three phase system with Quattros where ACIN1 is connected to a three phase source and ACIN2 to a single phase source. I have tried to switch the inverter mode to charger only when ACIN2 is present but the inverter only detects voltage and doesn´t engage with the ac source. However, if the Inverter is in ON mode, it can engage with the ac source. Does anyone know the reason why the Quattro can´t connect in charger only mode through the ACIN2?

Pretty sure you can’t use a three phase system on one input and then a single phase on the other you can only configure the system for one or the other.

Hi @Tony Towers

The reason for this is that the two inverters without input are affectively not allowed to start up, because they have no AC input. So you'll have to use the normal 'on' mode for this.

It is a very nice functionality to be able to run a single phase input, but there are some limitations like this one.
