I am just getting my feet wet with using a charge controller.
My battery is new and fully charged.
The Load setting is set to "Always On"
When I apply a small 12v pump to the Load, I would assume it would power from the battery. Instead the Load is powered from the solar panel. If a cloud goes by the pump slows down.

With Victron connect have you set your battery charge levels correctly?
Is it possible the batteries own bms has shut the battery down?
How have you set the load output to behave?

I do not know if the battery's BMS system has shut it off. It is charging though. And I have run the pump from the battery without any issues.
I have tried many of the load output options. I am on "Always On" to try and eliminate any other issues that might be causing the issue.
Does anyone else have any ideas, or do we think the unit is faulty. Should I return it to VicrtonEnergy?
