Buzzer alarm on Easy solar

Hi, i'm facing an problem with my easy solar 48/5000 and byd battery.

I've activated every settings in BYD menu and in CCGX menu for audible buzzer alarm but when the batterie reach the pre low batterie level or low level i receive an email (and notification on CCGX screen) but no sound. I know it work because if i activate the alarm for loss dock connection it work. Is it normal ?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Hi The alarms you have configured on these on the Color GX or on the VRM.
You would need to se the Low battery pre-alarm level on the Multiplus and then ensure that the Audible alarm is set on the CCGX in order to hear an alarm.

That's what i do but it doesn't work... I've juste check a thing an i see i've used relay for audible alarm (didn't remember to select that) is it possible it's the problem ?
