Multiplus not switch off

good day

i have two multiplus 24/5000/120-100 charger and inverter. i alredy program the inverters to works in parralell but i cant turn off the inverters with color control painel. when i switch the inverter on to off they continue inverting or another function.

If you could send us a diagram of how everything is connected inc the CCGX and the BMS and how you programed it etc this would be helpfull
