We recently design standalone power system using quattro 10 kVa inverter and venus gX controller and a UPS. Client need a report for black start scenario/recovery. I do not quite understand this question, Anybody has a idea. Many Thanks

Grid power, generator, wind mills, solar PV via DC mppt or grid tie PV inverter???
How exactly can you restart your clients system, should if stop working? Put this stuff into words....
The most likely failure is that the battery has been over-discharged. A chapter on boosting battery charge via grid/genset/pv, available sources.
Equipment failure happens. It might be a fuse that pops, or it could be far worse. Software faults happen, lock devices down and away from tinkering clients.
A chapter on basic fault finding. (what is/isnt working, fuse/breaker fault finding, basic DC voltage measurements).
Maybe it is about the situation in which during a blackout (grid down/night time) the battery gets empty.
In this case even a small MPPT solar charger (with a PV array) would be a great addition.

If your project includes high tech batteries such as lithium, many of those have various "self-protect shutdown" functions. Low battery voltage is of course the primary culprit, but the Quattro will turn itself off before the smart battery does--provided that the Quattro's low battery cutoff setting is left at default or not maladjusted.
If the Quattro fails to turn itself off first (on the way down), the smart battery can continue to deplete until its internal self protect shutdown takes over...or the battery could self protect for other reasons. On several battery brands, a self protect shutdown results in 0 volts dc between battery plus & battery minus. This is when a "dark start" recovery is needed--sometimes requiring a stand alone battery charger or an AC to DC power supply.
The manufacturer of your high tech battery can best advise on how to wake up their battery after it has taken itself out of the game. If your system instead has low tech lead acid batteries, even when those are in poor health, they often have enough voltage that the Quattro can turn on & deliver charge power. In that case, a "dark start" recovery is never needed because the lead-acid battery is not "smart enough" to take itself out of the game.
