3 x SmartSolar 150/100 CAN Not Charging

Hi, we have a situation where the charge mode of the 3 x 150/100 CAN MPPT's are not outputting current/power. The MPPT's show bulk charge mode on the devices, however the VRM home page shows 'storage'. We believe this discrepancy is resulting in the MPPTs not charging the batteries.

We have rebooted, reset, unplugged all comms cables and can't get the MPPT's to start charging. All MPPT's have previously worked fine until multiplus settings were slightly adjusted (this shouldn't have anything to do with MPPT's?) and since MPPT's won't charge.

PV voltage is fine, all other connections haven't changed since it previously worked. We feel it is something to do with the comms between units or a Cerbo setting/issue? DVCC is enabled and set at 195A so this should be fine? The images below are from the same time showing different MPPT charge states (VRM/Cerbo and Device) and PV voltage.

Any thoughts much appreciated?

@Sean

Do they charge if they are disconnected from the cerbo? Just running as stand alone?

I have seen quite a few reports with this issue affecting this particular solar charger model.

Not luck. MPPT's just wont charge?? In Bulk, has PV voltage, low battery voltage, not engaging? Why?

With CAN cables removed, they don't charge stand-alone either. They have worked in the past, now not.
