Multiplus II on AS/NZ 4777 generating error 11 after a firmware upgrade

This device is set to AS/NZ 4777 (Externally connected neutral). I upgraded from 2628473 to the current firmware, 2628481 and am now getting a relay test followed by EC11. I rolled back to an older beta firmware, 2628430, which prevents the test but that has other issues. Could I have done something wrong or is there an issue here?

Thanks for reporting, do you have a VRM site ID for the affected site that I can have a look at?

I’ve since gone back to 481 and got it to stick. Unusually it has stuck with no EC11 using 4777 “Neutral not externally joined” even though they are...
