Hi.i have a 75/50 which I bought new(old stock) from eBay last year. It will not connect properly on the dongle(the dongle is the newer compatible type).and will load but not complete with just a blurred blue screen ,buffering..once it asked me for a software update, the 'please wait' message came up, and wouldn't complete the update process.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this MPPT firmware is too old to work with VictronConnect and the VE.Direct dongle. It needs to be updated to at least v1.12. Because the current combination is not supported, it cannot be done using the bluetooth dongle. Instead, a VE.Direct USB cable (part number ASS030530010) is needed. Software wise, VE.Power Setup is needed, which can be downloaded here: https://updates.victronenergy.com/feeds/ve-power-setup/windows/VEPowerSetupInstaller.exe
Also, a newer MPPT firmware .dup file is needed, which I attached to this post, compressed in a .zip file.
