Multiplus inverting with grid

I have a MP2 5000, that cuts to inverting for 1 minute. The grid supply is active, voltage stable and no alerts are triggered.

What could cause this, is it a hardware fault?

Connect to the inverter using a MK3-USB interface and VE Configure 3 software. You might get a clue about the cause.
