inalled a smart meter at the main incomer on a 3 phase supply. We only have one Multi on L1, but client want to see usage over all 3 phases. Now the readings sometimes does not add up as per attached pictures
L1 uses 798W of energy but does not show from where...
what is the Remote control screen showing is it the same as It could be a delay in the updating of the VRM data fields, also look under settings and select the multi and see what the readings are there as well

I unplugged the 3 ph meter from the Venus, and that sorted out the confusion. It looks like the Venus cannot process 3 ph info it you only use 1 phase on the Multi.
