I am using latest firmware, but red and blue LED's are still fast flashing

We may need some more information on this, like what mppt you have, batteries and panels connected?

Is it smart? If you connect to it with victron connect does it display en error code in software?

I should have mentioned that the fast blinking red and blue LED's are on the Bluetooth dongle

Hi,

Can you disconnect the dongle for half a minute and then reconnect? Are the leds then still flashing quickly and does VictronConnect stilll report that the firmware is up to date?

If so, can you please make a service report according to the following instructions: https://ve3.nl/VictronConnect_How-to-create-a-VictronConnect-Service-Report and post in here?
