BS MPPT 100/15 charging problem

Hi there

we are using 2pcs BS MPPT 100/15. Since 2W ago the production goes really down. Its placed on Bahamas and the weather is really good here. Can you help? I control the Voltage, current, cells is quit fine (Uoc=90V, Ics=9,5A)

(that day 13. dec., system was connected to grid and charging from grid)

Heat causes derating. Panels may be hot or the mppt?

You say you were connected to the grid you also have more to your system then, are you able to share more details about your setup?

sugest you get a victron bluetooth dongle and connect it to the BS units VE direct port and then using victron connect app, have a look at the history of the unit as it will show you the High and the low voltage of every day for the last 30 days. this may then give you a better idea.

This values I can see on pictures higher (in this chat) and also via Remote Console (it´s much easier than travel 2000 km). And as I write Uoc is correct and Isc too.
