SmartSolar 100/50 Greyed out in VRM

Hello All,

I have a SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 connected to a Cerbo GX via VE Direct Cable. The Cerbo GX is connected to a wifi network using the ASUS USB-N14.

When viewing devices in VRM on the Victron Connect App on my laptop and phone, the MPPT appears to be greyed out in the device list. However, I still can access the device. This is an intermittent issue. See screenshot below which shows both use cases.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Anything greyed out is generally cannot be changed. If intermittent, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the software, then download any updates.

Update, the device "custom name" field was blank. After entering a name the issue is resolved.
