When connected to shore power can you have the IP22 charger connected to simultaneously maintain the battery as well as provide 12 volt power to lights, fans, pumps and other small loads over extended periods of around three months. In such a scenario do you select the “charging or load“ function via the Bluetooth app

Either option would work fine, but if you are using lead acid batteries I would recommend to leave it in Charger mode, with repeated absorption set at every 7 days.
This way the charger will move into 'storage' state after the initial charge cycle is complete and a new charge cycle will automatically occur every 7 days to cycle the battery/give it a fresh charge.
