Quattro 48/10000 paralel connection not working

hello,

i have a single phase system with 3 Quattro 48/1000 connected in parallel, a 1710Amp at c10 battery, grid connected, 27kw PV system connected on AC Out, System is configured in ESS mode.

Quattro's are with new microprocessor and up2date, 476, firmware.

Problem:

- system has BIG issues when connecting the grid, it seems that every time the system connects the grid it keeps it connected for about 5 seconds and then disconnects. this is random behavior as sometimes it manages to keep it on for 1h+

If i switch from parallel to 1 single quattro, everything works as expected, grid is connected and stable.

Power consumption in both cases is relatively low, around 4kw.

Ive tried enabling the weak grid option but did not solve anything.

this is the last 24h, limits set at 6kw IN, the strait line at 6kw happen when sistem was switched from parallel to single phase.

this sounds like a LOM detection issue, where grid is seen as unstable and the system disconnects.


can you read-out the NS protection log when connecting to a coputer with VE. Configure?
