In the Victron connect app how does the
1. Total Charge Cycles "calculate"
2. I have set my battery capacity at 200
3. I have Cumulative Ah drawn at 812Ah
4. yet my total charge cycles is 1

Hi; did you check the bmv manual? It explains how this works. The conclusion is that the cycle counter is not reliable to see age of the battery.
Cumulative Ah drawn is a much better gauge.
If thats the case then its not working correctly, as per page 29 of the manual.
I have taken my batteries down to 20% now 3 times and back up to 100% and the cycle count is still displaying 1

also is it posable to drop the 65% figure to 20 or 30% as the 65% figure is not really applicable for these batteries, (if it worked that is

No; sorry. Hence the recommendation to use the Cum. ah drawn instead.
Have checked and the reading in the 712 is 1
Thats strange; is the unit on VRM so we can see the cycle and all the data?
We re-tested this quite recently; and conclusion was that it works ad advertised (though has limited value).
