Multiplus2 GX (3kw) need a USB storage stick to log data ?

I found that my Multiplus GX has problems to connect with VRM portal.

But if I plug a USB storage Stick in the USB socket - the connection is ok .

If I unplug the stick - the GX tries to log the data somewhere but cannot find a place for it and the connection to VRM portal is lost.

How can I change this - because I need the USB port for the E-Meter connection also .

Hi,

In this case you will need to use a USB hub to increase the number of ports. Ideally a powered one.

I have allready tryed a USB hub but a non powered - this one not work .

Can you give me a typ of USB Hub that is tested with Multiplus GX ?
