The marine app shows Shore supply voltage, but when the generator is started the shore supply voltage shows not connected. How can we display shore power is present when the generator is running.

Hi Harold, sorry I missed your reply. The app is that supplied with the Raymarine Axiom display. In general it is an excellent display but one of my clients has commented that you can only see the active input. What he would like to see is the voltage on both the generator and shore power. The vessel travels between Egypt and the Med ever year and in some marinas he plugs into shore power and it simply does not work, so when he shuts down the generator all the loads are carried by the inverter and all the air con plants on output 2 shut down. If he could see that there was no shore power when he plugs in he could then investigate the problem and fix it before shutting down the generator.
