Can I not use the shunt that cam with my BMS and just plug it in directly to my Lynx Shunt?
I presume that you mean BMV-712?
The BMV-712 and the Lynx Shunt are both battery monitors. It makes no sense to plug one battery monitor into another, nor is there any provision to do so.
It's best to choose one or the other product to perform the system battery monitoring.
If you want to use the BMV-712, it is possible, but it must use it's own shunt. Then choose one or the other to connect to the system to be the system battery monitor.
Yes my bad BMV-712 is what I mean to say. Ok well how do I Bluetooth to the Lynx shunt then? I do like the app that you can use with the BMV will the Lynx Shunt Bluetooth the same information?
@mccluretj, the Lynx Shunt does not have Bluetooth capability.
