MPPT / equalization

I trying to equalise my T 125 batteries from a 4X 100w solar panel

The voltage from the panels reaching 80v shown on the MPPT display but voltage to the batteries is only reaching 14.7v shown .and never reaching it 16.2v what it's set for equalise .

Are your batteries normally completing a charge cycle? the equalise phase only starts after absorption is finished.

What MPPT are you using at what preset (or manual settings) do you have it on?

if you have the victron app can you show some screenshots?
