Phoenix Inverter Control VE.Direct waterproof?

Is the Phoenix Inverter Control switch at all water resistant? I.e does the panel include a rubber gasket and the switch itself is waterproof?

I don't need it to be 100% waterproof, just splash and dust proof.

No, unfortunately it is not water / dust proof.
