My iphone 6s won't connect to the BMV712. It shows up in the app, when I click to connect it shows "connecting" and the progress bar gets to 20% and never progresses. After a few minutes it says "unable to connect". I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, no luck. I unplugged the cable to the unit and it drops off the selection screen from the app, then it pops right back up when I plug the cable in again.
It suggested a firmware update several months ago, the update failed a few times and I think finally went through. I don't think it's worked right since. Any suggestions?
