When I try to open the app for bluetooth control in my android device I see: Victron E order login and I am asked to enter email and password but there is no option to create a password, I don't understand this and what is the E order?

Hi @Ramon, I think you have downloaded the wrong application. Try downloading VictronConnect instead

Thanks but I followed the link from the website that says: can't find the app in play store? if you have android click here to get the app from play store... And this is what I get

Go to your google play store on your phone and search for Victron

select the victron connect app and install this
