Problem when connecting MK2-USB with Quattro

When the MK2-USB is connected the operating Quattro 48 | 5000 | 70-100|100 120V turn off and it can not be turned on again even using the switch. When the MK2-USB is disconnected the equipment turns on normally. Does any one know what can be happening?

Don't forget to disconnect other devices from inverter like the cgx

Hi, You must connect to the Quattro only after you have connected the MK2-usb to your PC and have the Config software running.
