Is 18awg OK to come from my 75/15charge controller to my leisure battery

Answer is no. Without knowing more about your setupI I can only state that with a current potential of 15A, it will make it a highly irresponsible and dangerous installation. I suggest you consult with an electrician/do some research to at get a basic understanding of electricity before messing with it.

Hi @Steve 24v or 12v Length of cables? Here is some good guidance given it depends on the system design. I'd say AWG10 is a safe call.
