Why is my Export limited despite setting ESS grid set point?

i was used 10kva quattro with grid set point -6000w but it wont feedin back more than 4000w.

@kaarthik How much you feed back is dependent on what your system is producing over what your loads are using.

@kaarthik If you provide a clear view on your current setting and actual setup, one can possibly provide a more calculated response. Otherwise, how long is a piece of string???

i was connect 1100AH battery in 48volt in 10KVA quattro used as a storage system.there is no load connected over there.using ESS schedule charging i am charging the battery by using grid set point -6000w want to export when schedule timing is over its all good except its not feed in to grid more than 4000w even i was set it up 6000w in grid set point
