Color control turns multiplus off but not on

Just updated color control to latest firmware did not help. This is a new installation

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Hi

When you update the CCGX you must also update the inverter as well to the latest firmware as they won't be compatible.

ok I updated the firmware that did not resolve the issue.


The issue was the network cable, once I replaced the network cable all was good
