I am experiencing issues with e-mail notifications in VRM.
The portal is working and I can see my installations and alarms associated with it.
My account is configured to receive e-mail notifications when certain alarms are triggered.
As of 17 December 2019, I have not received any alert e-mails though, despite there being alarms on my system.
I am not seeing any emails reach my mail server if I look at the mail logs on my mail server.
This started working again yesterday. No change on my part.

Maybe depends on where you're seeing these alarms. I've certainly had emails from VRM since 17 Dec. But not from those I've seen on the GX itself. They were different issues, the GX ones self-created. I've always assumed the two alarm systems are separate, but I've never seen it explained.
Perhaps this is what you've noticed?
And if someone can summarize how it all fits in, that would be great too..
