Mppt flashing blue led yet app claims bulk charging

My mppt is currently flashing the blue led which indicates either

Not charging

Charger over current

Internal error


Yet the connect app states that is is currently in bulk charging mode ...

Got the latest firmware? Or recheck the wiring one more time!

Is the MPPT connected to anything like a CCGX via the VE.Direct port?
In what manner is the blue LED flashing? Is it mostly off with a quick flash on, or is it mostly on with a quick flash off.
As Michael asked, what version of firmware are you running?
