Phoenix VE Direct connect on Venus

Hello all,

I have install a Phoenix V.E. Direct 24/800 (firmware 1.17).
I have connect it to Venus (firmware 2.41).
From the first day until today inverter appeared on venus but loads are 0W.
Battery voltage is ok but loads are 0W.

Should i change something?

Hi @Alexis Kalogerakis

the ve.direct inverters will not show in the AC-loads section, you need ve.bus equipment for that.

I thought that firmware 2.30 would be compatible with phoenix inverter v.e. direct, based on the topic below:
