New MPPT on Easy solar 48/5000 indicating fault on CCGX

Hello All

I have Easy solar 48/5000 (3 years old). the MC4 terminal on the MPPT got burnt. I replaced the original MPPT (150/100) with a new MPPT (150/100). the new MPPT is not producing any voltage even though the PV input voltage is 132V. the MPPT is also indicating "FAULT" on the CCGX.

How can I resolve this problem.

Is there no fault number with it?

what firmware are you running, and what battery voltage is the MPPT reporting?

is the system online on VRM?

You could try plugging the new mppt into a different ve direct port on the back of the color control and reboot the color control.
